This is Newark
‘This Is Newark’ is a public arts initiative created by the Newark Division of Planning and Community Development that will create a series of permanent installations marking points of arrival to the city at train stations, highway off-ramps, bridges, and urban boundaries.

The Urban Landscape Lab worked with the City of Newark to organize an interdisciplinary design charette, exhibition, and booklet to inform the public, community organizations, and council members about the project and involve them in the process of selecting and promoting a project for development.
