Disposable devices are popular for their ease and convenience. One minute you have a fresh device, the next you are enjoying a smooth experience. But sometimes, things do not go as planned.

You might run into small problems that can ruin the moment. The best thing is that many of these common issues have simple fixes. Here are some typical problems in Myle disposable and other devices and how you can solve them.

The device tastes burnt:

A burnt taste is a common complaint. This often happens when the e-liquid inside the device runs too low. The wicking material inside then burns when heated. To fix this, always check your device’s e-liquid level. If it looks low, it is time for a new one. Taking very hard pulls can also cause this. Try to take gentle, steady puffs to make the device last longer.

It is not producing vapor:

You take a puff, but little or no vapor comes out. First, check if the device is out of power. If the light does not turn on when you use it, the battery is dead. Another reason could be a blockage in the mouthpiece. Gently blow into it to clear any dust or pocket lint. Also, ensure you are not covering the small air holes on the side with your fingers.

The device is leaking:

Finding e-liquid on your hands or in your mouth is not pleasant. Leaks can occur if the device is stored in a very warm place, like a hot car. Heat can make the e-liquid thin and runny. Always keep your device in a cool, upright position. Do not keep it in your pocket if you will be sitting down, as pressure can also cause leaks.

It feels clogged or hard to draw:

If drawing feels tight or blocked, there might be e-liquid in the center tube. Take the device out of your mouth and flick it firmly, tip-down, into a tissue. This can remove any excess liquid. Avoid drawing on it too hard or too often in a short time, as this can pull too much liquid into the coil.

The flavor tastes weak or strange:

Sometimes the flavor can become weak or just taste “off.” This is usually a sign the device is near the end of its life. The e-liquid might be gone, even if you cannot see the level. A strange taste can also mean the device is old or was stored in bright light. It is best to replace it with a fresh one.
